Nicollass, the program requires individual effort only, as Steve is proving guidance throughout the program. This means that you don't need particular skills when you are starting the program, because you are taught how to get to a certain status. Good luck

Jay, the best way to have an OBE is to lay in bed. It is recommended to do this because most of the people are able to fully relax there, but if you feel that you are comfortable and can relax sitting on a chair, it shouldn't be a problem

Hi Alex. In order to astral project you should be relaxed ( trying hard to concentrate might make you less focused and relaxed ). Our advice is to focus more on how to relax and get into that state so that you can easily astral project. Good luck!
