One of the hardest things about astral projection is actually knowing that you’re on the right track. And if you’re new it can be pretty tricky to recognize the signs.

I really recommend watching that video because if you’re new to this then these signs will let you know that you’re on the right track and that what you’re doing is working. Otherwise you may have to modify your technique or try something different.
